L.I: To create a new sports challenge/game for the class to play using our prior knowledge of sports.
Through past few days LS2 have been creating their very own PE game. My group PE game is called Bee Stop. Bee Stop is quite similar to infinity tag but this version is that there are two teams. Team Geoff and Team Sting.
The main focus of the game is that each team is going to tag their opposing team. There is a safe zone called the beehive. People can use it for 10 seconds and only 3 people can be in the beehive.
Team with the most people left standing win a point. This game can be taken up to 3 points which can lead the team to win the whole game.
During this activity we had to to state the rules/instructions and list the equipment the game needs and see how much of a certain area we can use to play the game.
We also created posters to promote our game. To help advertise it we also created mascots and our mascots are called Geoff and Sting.
This whole activity was very fun and exciting to see how other students enjoy the game. I especially enjoyed creating the poster because I could add anything to promote my game.
